10 team keeper league (any 5 keepers each year)
1/2 point per reception

I was offered this

I get: Ryan Mathews and Eric Decker
I give: Beanie Wells, Mark Ingram, and AJ Grean

my roster looks like this

qb: Cam Newton
rb's: Ray Rice, Arian Foster
wr's: Nicks, AJ Green, Mike Williams (TB)
te: Tony G
bench: Blount, Harvin, Ingram, Tolbert, Big Ben, Tebow

Should I take this trade?
or
Should I try and get him to take Harvin or Williams instead of AJ and do it?
or
Don't take this trade at all?

I would only do it if he was willing to take Harvin instead of Green. Mathews is good, but so is Beanie. Coming off the bye week, Beanie has potential for a lot (given Arizona's weak passing offense and his lead back position). And I dont think you are gaining too much on Decker, although he may play a bigger role with Lloyd traded.

Basically, don't do it unless you are keeping Green.

I would keep Beanie and Green. Reasoning - Sure Mathews does look like an upgrade but Beanie is no slouch himself AND has a much better playoff run. Also, Green is turning into quite a WR and that would downgrade your WR. Pass.
