Finley or Pettigrew for week 7 and ROY

I currently have Finely but can pick up Petti of waivers and drop Finley. Should I make this move this week and who will be better for the rest of hte year.

Keep Finley in there. He is having a slow start and I expect him to pick it up the 2nd half of the season.

Although, Pettigrew did have 14 targets last week and is Stafford's number two target behind Johnson.
