Pick up Victor Cruz?

Victor Cruz was just dropped in my league. We can have a max of 4 WR in our league Would you drop any of these WR's to pick him up?

Santana Moss (I am leaning towards dropping him, if any)
Reggie Wayne (I know he sucks but I have hope that he'll pick it up)
Santonio Holmes (I think sanchez is picking it up)

I'd rather have all those guys over Victor Cruz. His TD catches were pure luck! I actually like Santana with Beck in there. Let someone else get Cruz.

I wouldn't bother with Cruz, I think his best games this year are behind him (plus, all his drops just kill). All those other guys are more consistent.
