Trade Lynch & Miles Austin for Gore & Santonio Holmes?

I am in a 12-team PPR League (starting 1 QB, 2 RB, 2 WR, 1 TE, 1 K, 1 DST, 1 WR/TE Flex), and here is my roster:
QB: Matt Schaub, Joe Flacco
RB: Maurice Jones Drew, Daniel Thomas, Marshawn Lynch, Delone Carter
WR: Miles Austin, Dez Bryant, AJ Green, Mike Williams (TB), Torrey Smith, Robert Meachem
TE: Rob Gronkowski, Ed Dickson
K: John Kasay
DST: Saints Defense

My record is 1-5 right now. I received a trade offer where someone is offering Frank Gore and Santonio Holmes for my Miles Austin and Marshawn Lynch. I would be upgrading at the RB position as long as Gore remains healthy, and I would be downgrading with an inconsistent Santonio Holmes. Should I accept this trade offer or not?

Yes I would accept that immediately. Gore is on fire and he will stay that way as long as he doesnt get hurt.

yes, when you have aj green and dez bryant. Gore is playing well right now and would compliment MJD nicely.
