QB for bye week

Postby steel city princess » Wed Oct 19, 2011 3:15 pm

Vick is my QB and I had Campbell on my bench for his bye....Someone higher on the waiver order snagged Palmer. Slim pickings on my wire. Thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks!!

Kolb - against the steelers worries me
Gabbert - against the ravens - thinking no way no how
Beck - looking for a starting job so might be a good option
Bradford - coming off an injury
Ponder - no experience but will most likely have to pass to play catch up
Jackson or Whitehurst - i can't pick them both up so that will only work if they come to a decision by the end of the week.
Roethlisberger is on our block for a WR - not sure if giving up a WR for a one time use is worth it?

some of my regular starters are also on a bye and I don't expect that any of these qbs will make up the points, but I want to put the best option in my lineup.

Roster:
QB - TBD
RB: Jackson/Ingram
WR: Smith/Wayne
TE: Davis
K: Novak
D: Ravens

I would go with Bradford if he practices okay on Friday - Rams haven't been scoring much but he will get some points - otherwise I like Beck's matchup the best.
