Give Away Hakeem Knicks; Receive Jordy Nelson & Pettigrew?

Postby Team O' Beasts » Wed Oct 19, 2011 4:09 pm

I am in a 12 person keeper league with head to head scoring. My current lineup is

QB- Drew Brees
RB- Darren Sproles
RB- Payton Hillis
WR- Hakeem Knicks
WR- Pierre Garcon
WR- Santana Moss
TE- Dallas Clark
DE- Lions
K- Mason Crosby

Bench

TE- Benjamin Watson
RB- Daniel Thomas
WR- Lee Evans
Wr- David Nelson
RB- Roy Helu
RB- Steven Ridley
RB- Isaac Redman

Is this trade worth it? (Give away Hakeem Knicks & receive WR Jordy Nelson & TE Brandon Pettigrew) I'm actually leaning towards yes, because Clark has been inconsistent as hell. Then again, this is a keeper league, & I don't want to give away trusty Knicks. On the upside, will Aaron Rodgers slow down anytime soon??

Thanks for the help-

I wouldn't do it. I own Jordy Nelson and he can be pretty inconsistent as well. He either puts up 15 pts or close to nothing (non-ppr). I would try to find another way to upgrade at TE if possible.

Pass. Nicks is your only stud WR. You have mediocre RB depth.
I would sell high on Brees.

Maybe Brees and Clark (after his godo game)
for someone's Forte, Wallace and IDK maybe an upside TE liek Ballard in FA?

What's another person's roster and FA RB/WR/QB/TE
