How is your keeper league setup?

Just make sure any changes made, are voted on and do not go into effect until the year after. At the end of every year get the guys to propose changes/ideas. Any good ones that people like will draw a vote.

Do any of you guys play in really "out there" types of keeper leagues?

I have a good friend who works for the company that handles all of the statistics and metrics for most of the fantasy and gambling sites... so necessarily, he thinks about this stuff all of the time. He's just sort of nerded together a huge game with all sorts of different contract values, auction values, rookie drafts, hold outs and a bunch of other things... it's the kind of league that would never work without it being a bunch of friends, because it's pretty involved. But I'm curious how involved some of your keepers get.
