Should I try to pick up Jerome Simpson and drop Ward?

My Team: 14 team Redraft
QB - Romo, Fitz
RB - Chris Johnson, Benson, Hightower, Battle
WR - Roddy White, Lloyd, steve Johnson, Ward
TE- Ballard, Cook
K - Janikowski
Def - Redskins

I'd take Simpson. Ward isn't consistent and will never really have any value.
