First trade, help.

6-team standard league, so keep in mind all teams are stacked and I'm 2-4.
So the other team is weak at RB and he wants from me
Matt Cassel and Rashard Mendenhall
and I get
Phillipe Rivers, Roddy White and AJ Green
At QB, I currently have Vick and Fitzpatrick, this bye week I picked Cutler and Cassel.
At WR, I have L Fitzgerald, V Jackson, A Johnson and Eric Decker.
At RB, I have McFadden, F Jackson, Mendenhall, Sproles and Blount.

Should I do it?
And drop Erick Decker?
