Drop Grant/Floyd for a TE?

My TE is on bye this week, so I need to drop someone if I'm going to play a TE.

My only droppable players at this point are Grant and M. Floyd. As for my roster, my other RBs are McCoy, Graham and Green. WRs are Fitz, Welker, Garcon, Julio Jones, Heyward-Bey, Floyd.

Would you drop Grant or Floyd for Olsen or Fred Davis? I guess it makes more sense to drop Floyd vs. Grant, given that I have plenty of WRs?
