Hillis and Bowe for Michael Turner yay or nay?

Postby methodair » Thu Oct 20, 2011 11:24 pm

So I've got some RB issues and need a good one this week (Fred Jackson's got a bye). I've been offered Turner for Peyton Hillis and Dwayne Bowe. Hillis is being a tool this year and I'm not sad to see him go, but Bowe is my best receiver. I still have Brandon Marshall and now Colston looks like he could come back with a bang, but after that I'm pretty shallow at receiver. If Colston gets hurt again I'm screwed since Marshall is good but inconsistent and Miami's offense is terrible. For backs I've got Jackson again after this week but Blount is out for at least another week and Torain...I won't even comment on Washington's run game right now. Some advice would be much appreciated.

If you can afford it at WR i would do this trade all day.

Hands down yes. Jackson and Turner will more than make up for any shallowness you have at WR
