Waiver wire TE options: B. Watson or J. Ballard?

I'm in an 8-person, PRR league where TDs are worth 7 points with 1 TE slot and one WR/TE flex spot. I currently own Tony Gonzalez (ATL) as my starting TE, but looking to pick up another TE off the waiver wire.

Should I pick up Benjamin Watson (CLE) or Jake Ballard (NYG) off the waiver-wire? What about picking up Watson AND Ballard and trading Gonzalez for some greater depth at another position?

My current WR roster includes, Miles Austin (DAL), Mike Wallace (PIT), Darrius Heyward-Bey (OAK), Doug Baldwin (SEA) and Reggie Wayne (IND) -- so I've got some decent depth at WR to fill the WR/TE flex spot; don't necessarily need to start two TEs.
