Best for Cruz? PPR, WHIR

Take J. Best for V. Cruz? PPR

Seems like a no-brainer to take Best, right? This season, Best has 107 points to Cruz's 75 in this league's format. Cruz had 3 good games, but looked to get outplayed by Manningham in Week 6. Should I sell high on Cruz? He's on my bench anyway and Best is a viable RB2.

Seems like a good deal, even with Best likely out a while. Tough to say for sure without seeing how your roster shapes up and what free agents are available if news comes in that Best is done for the year.

I would do it. Even if he misses a couple weeks you would be getting the better end of it. Cruz let all of us down last week, and for that reason its very hard to tell what we have with him.... Do we have the Giants #2 guy, or do we have a guy who can light it up from time to time. I think its worth the risk.

Thanks, guys. I think I'll take the trade, I'm just really cautious. It's a weird situation, they're both on the down-slope right now but I'm not sure if Cruz will keep going down.

It's a PPR league. I was heavy at RB but recently traded Bradshaw away (Damn.) and dropped DeAngelo. There are more way options at WR than RB on the waiver wire; the RB free agents average about 6 pts/week.
