FA RB's: Earnest Graham vs CHI Jackie Battle @ OAK DeMarco Murray vs STL
My starters this week: QB: Matt Schaub RB: Adrian Peterson RB: Ryan Matthews WR: Dwayne Bowe WR: Miles Austin TE: Jermichael Finley WR: Marques Colston K: John Kasay DEF: Houston
Bench: QB Tom Brady (Bye) RB Frank Gore (Bye) RB Felix Jones (Out) RB Shonn Greene WR Vincent Jackson WR Anquan Boldin
Pretty shallow league. Still, I will keep Jones, especially since you don't need him short term.
You dont really need Felix with your depth at RB.. with AP, Mathews, Gore and Greene... that leaves little room for anyone else to ever see playing time on your roster at RB. So if you wanna drop him for one of those RB's I would definitely say Battle. He will get the load all year and I think he will be a solid backup RB for your team just in case you get plagued with some injuries or whatever. You can also use that depth to improve other parts of your team.
Thanks for your help. You are pretty deep at RB, so not a huge need. Can you stash Jones on the IR, if not, who will you drop? If picking 1 of those 3, definately Battle as the other 2 are injury fill-ins and likely to lose their starter status in coming weeks.

I could keep Jones on the roster, but it sounds like he'll be out at least 3-4 weeks, and that seems like a waste of a roster spot given my RB depth. Next week, I'll need a TE for Finley's bye, but I'm not worried about that yet. I'll drop Jones and pick up Battle. Thanks guys!

Yup, that sucks. Fantasy can be the worst thing ever sometimes. I just didnt see the Cowboys being able to run all of the sudden. Either the Rams are way terrible, or Murray is the real deal. Either way, sucks nobody saw it coming...
