Owen Daniels on FA...drop anybody?

For Team 1 in the sig. Owen Daniels was dropped and cleared waivers. I could grab him now if I wanted to. I was going to even try and grab him off of waivers, but after Clark's (finally) good showing last week I got cold feet. For the rest of the season, would you drop Clark to grab Daniels? Hernandez is on bye this week, so if I grab Daniels he'll be going in my TE slot this week. Otherwise he'll probably be on the bench. Clark is at New Orleans, and Daniels is at Tennessee. Should I just suck it up and hang on to Clark for this week, in case he starts to turn it around?

Owen Daniels to Dallas Clark is like Calvin Johnson to Hines Ward.

Daniels is likely to end up top 5 at the position this year, Clark will be lucky to be top 20

Wow. I'd definitely make that switch. Clark is not an every week starter, while at the very least, Daniels certainly is. You shouldn't have hesitated to make the add/drop, but hey, at least it saved you waiver priority.

I'd give the edge to Daniels, for one week. But you have Hernandez on the bench. After this week it won't matter much.
