Gates or Watson? - WHIR

Gates will play but all indications are that he is far from 100%.

Anyone see any new news or have any idea if Gates can be trusted this week or going forward?

From what I've read, Gates should play. Plug him in as your starter, but double check tomorrow before game-time to see if he's active.

I like Watson here. The Seahawks have been generous to TEs this season. Specifically, over the past three games. The Hawks have allowed an average of 5.3 receptions, 63 yards, and a total of two TDs over their previous three games to TEs.

Gates is not 100-percent and he will not see a full complement of snaps, so that decreases his value even more.

Stick with Watson, especially if you don't have to make any roster moves to play him. Gates will likely be your guy later in the season but i'd give him more than just one practice before naming him as your starter.
