SJax + V. Davis for Beanie and D. Keller?

Postby Belichick's Hoodies » Sun Oct 23, 2011 1:11 am

I'm trying to leverage my depth at TE to improve my RB situation. I've got a trade offer on the table that I'm not sure about:

Trade
Get: Beanie Wells, D. Keller
Give: S. Jackson, V. Davis

I have Jimmy Graham, so I'm fine moving Davis for a lesser TE. I'm just worried that Wells isn't a significant enough of a step-up over SJax for the price. Should I make the trade? My gut says yes....thoughts?

Also, I have decent WR, so I tend to use Maclin or Green in the flex over a RB3 (byes aside). Thoughts on this strategy given my team?

My Team
QB: Vick, Schaub,
RB: R. Mathews, SJax, McGahee, E. Graham
WR: G. Jennings, AJ Green, Maclin, V. Cruz, D. Baldwin
TE: J. Graham, V. Davis
D/ST: Giants, Browns
K: Kasay

I like the trade. Beanie is solid, one of the most consistent RBs this year. Keller is a favorite of Sanchez. He could potentially be better than VDavis. Go for it SJax is a has been that never was
