Who to drop for Week 8 Bye? WHIR

Postby Dataika » Sun Oct 23, 2011 6:54 pm

Here's my team, we start 3WR, 2RB, 1RB/WR, 1QB, 1TE, 1K, 1DEF PPR:

QB: Rodgers
RB: Rice, Wells, Best, Bradshaw, Murray
WR: R. White, S.Smith (CAR), S. Johnson (BUF), Bowe, V. Jax, J. Nelson
TE: Pettigrew
K: Crosby
DEF: Det

People that I have no replacement for:
Rodgers and Crosby

Who should I drop in order to replace them? I am seriously considering just counting it up as a loss because I am 7-0 and ahead on points in my league. The closest team to me has 2 losses.

EDIT: Because of the waiver wire rules, I will never be able to get these players back. It's set up so that the worst team will be able to pick up the best players available.

I would drop Best and Jordy. Dont just give up a win like that when you are only up 2 games.

Don't take the loss. Every win counts especially in later weeks when you want to be in the playoffs of your league.

I'd say Nelson and Murray..
Your WR's are mainly the top WR's on the team. But Nelson is really one of many receivers in Green Bay, with Jennings being the primary target.

Murray on the other hand.. Did do fantastic today I agree. But, Dallas's run game isn't the best. They like to pass it ALOT. St. Louis just has a bad run defense (one of the worst in the league). Plus. Jones is the primary runningback. Once he's back, Murray will get limited touches.
