My team is 5-1. Been negotiating with another owner, came up with this trade : My tebow+stevie johnson+shonn greene+percy harvin for his ponder+mike wallace+mendenhall

2 qb league, rushing tds worth 6 and 1pt/10 yards
passing tds worth 4 and 1 pt/25 yards

QB: Rodgers/Newton
RB: Forte/Lesean McCoy/Shonn Greene/ Maurice Morris
WR: Stevie Johnson/Desean Jackson/Eric Decker/Mike Williams/Percy Harvin/Greg Little
TE: Jimmy Graham
D: Packers

I'd do it.

You have the QB strength already with Rodgers/Newton.
Having Ponder there wouldn't really do much but then again neither does having Tebow with those two in front.

Johnson/Greene/Harvin are definitely not as valuable as Wallace/Mendenhall are.
Mendy's finally starting to get himself established more in the running game, and Wallace is one of Big Ben's favorite targets.
