What jag should I start tonight?

Postby TruNinerFan » Mon Oct 24, 2011 8:15 am

Who would I get the most points out of tonight? 6 pt all TD, 1 pt every 10 yards rush/rec, 1 PPR

I can start 1:
MJD
Jason Hill
Mike Thomas
Mercedes Lewis

I originially had MJD in, but I just don't see him doing much against the tough Ravens D. I have a feeling the Jags will fall behind and be forced to throw. I think I may get alot of garbage points out of the jags WR's. So, I can pick up any of these WR's and sit MJD.

What do you guys think? I need about 18 points to win

(Marcedes is spelled with an 'a'. Weird huh?)

18 points eh?

MJD's also faced CIN (6th vs. the rush) and had 85 yds and a score. They scored 30 points but MJD still got his attempts (19). He's also faced TEN (10th vs. the rush) and had 97 yards and a TD. The Jets blew the doors off of JAC but he still got 88 yards and even when NO beat them, he still got 84 yards. Last week vs. PIT, he had 96 yards. While he really needs a TD for you to take a swipe at 18, I somehow think he's got the best chance of those to get there. Call it 80-100 rushing, a score and then hopefully 10-20 receiving? I think he has a...I dunno 5-10% chance of doing that? :)

If you're bound and determined to blow it all on a receiver, I'd guess Hill. He scored against CIN and PIT (both top 5 passing defenses).

Good luck (and now I have a reason to watch the game).

Even though its tough your best bet is definitely MJD. That offense goes through him and Gabbert hasnt exactly been a great example of NFL QB to this point. I wouldnt rule Prince's projection out which gets you pretty close to the 18 you need to win.

Funny because I also need 18 in this game to win but I have Ray Rice going so I'm feeling pretty good about it.

Good Luck! Lets cross our fingers for a RB duel.

Start your stud. MJD has a better shot at gettin you your 18 points. Gabbert throwing against the ravens pass d is scary.

I would go MJD. I think he will be most likely to score 18 points although I do not think any of them will. good luck!
