Kolb/Leshoure FOR Flacco (WHIR)

I am having a miserable season to date, no luck at all.....sitting at 2-5 and probably have to win out right just to qualify for the playoffs. The following Deal has been offered to me in my league.
Deep Roster.......we start 2 QB's 2 RB's 4 WR's 2 TE's 2 K's and IDP for Defense. We are allowed to protect 6 players annually and there draft rd. (#) is where you would lose a pick next year. we draft 30rds every year. Rounds 1 thru 4 drafted players are not keeper eligible. as players move up 4 rds every year for keeper rights.

I GET:
QB - K.Kolb (7) I have really soured on him this year, lots of promise, is a prodigy of Andy Reid? I am pushing for J.Freeman(8) from the owner, but he is not biting.
RB - M.Leshoure (19) suffered a serious injury in training camp, was targeted to be the change of pace back for Best, does he come back next season? if so this is excellent value @ 19th rd keeper.
K - R.Longwell (non keeper)
12th rd pick

HE GETS:
QB - J.Flacco (non keeper) has been brutal this season and very inconsistent. I wasn't keeping him anyways.
K - D.Bailey (15) I already have Kasay and Novak as my 2 kickers.
30th rd pick

Is this a fair deal, and not a bad haul, for keepers......coming back,

I'm not to good with keeper leagues but I think this is a good trade. I think Kolb has more upside than Flacco and LeShoure should be a great steal in the 19th round. You're set at QB with Cam anyways.

Yes you do this. In theory, whenever you get SOMETHING for a non keeper, you do it, even if you don't like the options.
