trading McCoy

Postby cinderellastory4 » Wed Oct 26, 2011 8:25 pm

trade advice needed:

I trade LeSean McCoy for AJ Green and Holmes.

I've got Ray Rice, so losing McCoy wouldn't completely kill me. But it's McCoy. He's reliably solid every week. I just desperately need WRs. I only have Wayne, Massaquoi, Doucet, and Nelson. Worth it?

I wouldn't do it. Never a good idea to trade quality for quantity.
McCoy is a first round pick. I wouldn't take anything less than a top 5 WR for him.

Definitely wouldn't do it, especially with Holmes. I don't think Holmes has much more value than players that you can get on a wire, especially if you're on a 10 team or less league. At any rate, McCoy can catch and run. If you want to give him up, you should be able to get a Jeremy Maclin AND A.J. Green (just using examples) for him.

God awful deal.
Now if that were AJ Green and say matt forte I'd do it.
but your not even getting comparative value back.

Post ww WR, your roster and his roster. see if we can work a counter.
