Trade Vick for Schaub/Marshall/MJD

I am in an ESPN league with standard head to head points scoring. I was offered Schaub/Marshall/MJD for Vick. League runs 1QB 2RB 2WR 1TE 1DEF and a FLEX that can be either a WR/RB/TE. I just wanted some insight as to why you wouldn't accept or if you would, who would you drop to make room and then play week 8. My roster is as follows:

QB: Vick,Manning

RB: McFadden,Turner,Shonn Greene, D. Murray, Bernard Scott, Torain

WR: Nicks,Cruz,Washington,D. Thomas,Stevie Johnson

TE: Pettigrew

K: Kasay

DEF: HOU

I would do it fast...I don't think Vick will last the entire season

Definitely. Schaub isn't such a drop off from Vick, and you get Marshall and MJD to boot. Plus Vick's weakness is his unreliability. Another shot to the ribs and he's out for a week or two---again.
