Help for Week 9

My Team for week 9 (My starters are bold)
12 Team, Standard ESPN Scoring:
QB - Fitzpatrick, Stafford (BYE)
RB - Forte, Battle, Tate, Smith (Ari), Peterson (BYE), McGahee (INJURED), Addai (INJURED)
WR - Wallace, Little, Smith (car) (BYE)
TE - Gates
DEF - Cowboys, Texans
K - Kasay

My week 8 matchup is pretty one sided because my opponent has 4 starters on bye. Week 9, however, is a different story. A majority of my starters are injured or on bye that week and the team I'm playing is pretty strong. I'm considering making moved now during the Free Agency. Please let me know what your thoughts are on these moves.

1. Dropping Smith (Ari) for Matt Cassel - Fitzpatrick has been slowing down recently and has the NYJ coming to town. With Matt Cassel playing the Dolphin, I'm considering picking him up to start week 9. Other available qbs - Painter vs Atl, Smith vs Wsh, Bradford vs Ari, Beck vs SF

2. Should I drop one (or more) of my RB/WR to pick up players to start week 9? The only 2 players I could consider dropping are one of my defenses and maybe Addai.
