Victor Cruz or Michael Jenkins?

I picked up Cruz before he had his big play games, so that I generally like him because he has brought me the winning factor in some games. But, I do know that his points all come from big plays so that he can have 20 points a game and then the next game have 2 (which happened). I had to go deeper in the league for waiver wire pickups and got Michael Jenkins from the Vikings. Jenkins is projected to get more points and his play isn't limited to three wide-out sets. Cruz may be the better player, but he is also on the better team, giving him less targets. Cruz or Jenkins?

With Ponder @qb its hard to imagine Jenkins being a constant producer. I would start Cruz has has the better qb throwing him the ball.
