I have been reading Ingram might sit this weekend. My non-bye bench alternatives for his flex spot are Kenny Battle RB or Michael Crabtree WR. Which one and why?

Michael Crabtree because I've never heard of Kenny Battle.

If you meant Jackie Battle, I'd go with him because he will get the bulk of the carries for KC and even though he doesn't have a great matchup against SD, Cleveland surprisingly has given up the fewest amount of fantasy points to WRs this season.
