Stafford or Flacco?....WHIR

Stafford will probable be a game time decision (4:00pm EST). Do I gamble and go with Stafford or do I roll the dice with Flacco who starts at (1:00pm EST)??? I’m leaning towards Flacco for two reasons, play it safe and he has a good matchup (Arizona). I could go another route and pick up Beck who has a (4:00pm EST) start and a good matchup (@Buffalo) and plug him in if Stafford is inactive???
