For me I like Sproles and Bradshaw here. Both have terrible defenses so they'll probably be ahead early, which means more for running game. Those seem like the safest.
I'd go Chris Johnson and Bradshaw. Murray looked great last week obviously, but who knows if he'll do it again. Bradshaw still gets most of the touches when Jacobs is in, and Chris Johnson is gonna get it going eventually...
i disagree that sproles is only a ppr option. he's proven that he can contribute better than 80% of the standard starting backs in the league. he's the 15th ranked back in my non-ppr league johnson is 30th. with that said, i would definitely start bradshaw with 1 slot. the other in my opinion is a toss-up between sproles and murray. i would not count on johnson at this point, even against the terrible colts de. he's given up since he got his new contract and their line is a piece of crap.
I'd go with CJ and Murray. CJ needs a release game, and this is his best chance for a while. Murray is a very solid back against a very unspectacular running defense.
IMO, Sproles won't see much of a role change with Ingram out, and is a relatively safe play for 10ish points. And just as a gut feeling, I dont think Bradshaw gets the lion's share of the work this week. No need to against Miami, the G-men might see this as a good time to shut Jacobs' yap and give him the ball against a soft D to grind the clock down.
I'm facing a similar situation (see below) but here is how I am leaning with my decision between CJ1K and D. Sproles. Even though Indy is allowing the most FP to RB's, CJ1K has yet to prove he can be consistent in any way. After what Dallas did to St. Louis last week and with Mark Ingram ruled out for Sunday, I see Sproles getting a lot of action.
My dilemma: Pick 3 Fred Jackson vs WAS (I feel Fred Jackson is a must-start every week) Ryan Matthews @ KCC (He put up 98/2 earlier this year against them and he's playing on MNF) Darren Sproles @ STL CJ1K vs IND

I feel your pain man. I'd have to drop Chris Johnson for the exact reason your saying, he hasn't proved himself and still is a risky start, it doesn't matter how he did last year. I'm pretty sure I'm not gonna start him, I'm surprised so many people are advising it. Looks like Tolbert's not gonna see much time so Matthews should be a solid start, Matthews being the only guy I'd think of benching. I think Sproles will be a good start as both a RB as well as a possible receiver. You're right, Fred Jackson is a must-start every week. Thanks
