Pit & NE should be a huge shootout but I think the Skins will be throwing a ton to play catch-up. Gaffney is probably your best bet.

BTW this is .5 PPR, I'm not sure if it changes any of y'alls opinions but just wanting to make sure. Sorry I didnt put this in the OP.

I like Gaffney better even with the .5 ppr, Sanders will be at best the 3rd option, Gaffney will likely be the #2 behind Davis. I think he's the safer option. Sanders is okay, and I might prefer him over Thomas, but then again Thomas was the #1 target last week, and should be again this week, so I think Thomas would be fine to go with as well.
