Team Defense

This week is extremely important for me and I'm sure for many other people and I am looking for any advantage I can get. In one league I am in the first round of the playoffs and in my other 3 I am fighting for a playoff spot. I'm trying to figure out if I should go with the defenses I already have or if I should go with a defense that is available to be picked up that is playing a weak team. I currently have Minnasota and Indianapolis. Minnasota is playing Seatle and I start Hassleback and Jackson. Jacksonville is available in all my leagues and they play Houston who I believe will be starting a banged up QB. San Fran is also available and they are playing Arizona I believe and San Diego is available who is playing Detroit. Should I grab and start one of these teams (I would not have to drop anything of value) or should I just stick with Minnasota and Indy?
