Looks fine, only thing I might do is swap Hardesty for Torain. Torain is a risky play as he was the starter last week and got 3 whole snaps to Helu's 33 after Hightower went down. Who's to say that Helu doesnt get the same amount of snaps again this week, but then again it could be Torain getting the majority of the snaps this week, problem is you don't know. At least with Hardesty you know he's getting the carries. Torain has a better matchup, but he's definetly splitting time with Helu, Hardesty looks like he'll be the primary guy as the situation with Hillis looks like its starting to turn ugly.

WR's and flex are probably who I'd go with, although Branch in the flex is not ideal. Hernandez is a no brainer, though Olsen has been solid this year.
