D Sproles is doing really good and MJD have harder matchup
i started Sproles last week and won week 7 match.
should i keep bench MJD and start Sproles on week 8?

I can't believe I am saying this, but I think you have to play Sproles over Jones-Drew. Jones-Drew has a very touch matchup, and NO will likely be a blow out so Sproles will get plenty of touches.
