Please help me with Felx, Hillis messing up my team again

I have Hillis at Flex:
14 player league, many players on BYE, Yahoo standard league

QB Manning
WR Nicks/Gaffney
RB Battle/Moreno
TE Hernandez
Flex Hillis (I was hoping he could play, but now doesn't look like it)
K Cundiff
DEF Cincinnati

Bench:
M Williams, M Turner, T Gonzalez, Freeman, Carson Palmer


I'm trying to figure out who to drop and if it's worth picking up Demaryius Thomas or Maurice Morris.

I'm leaning towards dropping Palmer for Maurice Morris but I would have relayed like to hold on Palmer in case he goes off as a trade bait...

Or I can just bite the bullet and do nothing and go without a flex... By scores, my opponent projected score is 20 lower, but he still has his DEF and K empty...

Drop Palmer for Mo Mo or D Thomas?

Forget about projected scores, they mean nothing. I dont see Carson ever really going off or you starting him over Manning. I think the best thing for you to do for your team is pick up a rb who is getting nice reps right now. Thats hard to find this year.
