I think I would take JaMarcus because if he ever got motivated he could be a real NFL QB. Tim Tebow is really motivated but he just does not have the physical skills to be a real QB in the NFL. And this is coming from a huge Broncos fan.

I'm sorry, but people saying JaMarcus obviously don't remember how incredibly awful he was as a QB in this league. The first pass I ever saw this guy throw in the NFL was an INT to a defensive tackle on a screen pass that was nowhere close. The guy had ZERO touch, ZERO mobility, and ZERO work ethic...what exactly is redeemable at the QB position from that?
Tebow may not be the most accurate passer either but the guy finds ways to win, has excellent mobility, and a great work ethic. I would take Tebow hands down right now and because of that work ethic he WILL get better. I don't think he has the ceiling of a great NFL QB or anything, but he can be a decent one and that's far more than anyone could say about JaMarcus.

He had the tools, but was too much of a tool. Dude had no work ethic. Favorite example of that was when the coaches gave him a CD of the game plan for the next game. Few days later they asked him if he watched it and had any questions. Jar Jar Bust tells them he watched it and had it down. The CD was blank.
I think, therefore I am. I think fantasy, therefore I am unreal?
