Our rosters are

qb Josh Freeman
rb Ray rice
rb/wr Nate Washington
wr Calvin Johnson
wr Brandon Lloyd
te Brandon Pettigrew
D Steelers
K Billy Cundiff
coach Lions

bench
Sam Bradford
Jonathan Stewart
Jake Ballard
Ryan Torrain
Redskins D
Shonn Green
Ben Watson (3 TE's. I know. I didn't like Pettigrew's match-up and Watson was on bye. I'll drop one soon.)

His roster
qb Michael Vick
rb Chris Johnson
rb/wr Pierre Thomas
wr Steve Smith (carolina)
wr A.J. Green
te Fred Davis
D Chargers D
K Orlindo Mare
Bills Coach
Bench
Michael Turner
LaGarret Blount
Percy Harvin
Anquan Boldin
Tony Gonzales
Tim Tebow
Cam Newton
Dallas Clark
Peyton Hillis

I want a better quarterback. He really wants Calvin Johnson, and also really likes Lloyd and Rice. My offers so far have looked more like Turner + Newton for Rice, Steve Smith and Tebow for Calvin Johnson, or A.J. Green and Cam Newton and Calvin Johnson. His have looked more like Ray Rice and Calvin Johnson for Hilis, Steve Smith, Newton, and Harvin.

It's PPR if that makes a difference. Is there a fair offer here we can agree one?

To be honest, I think you offered him the better end of the trade in all your offers. Turner/Newton for Rice gives you the best value IMO ... but he's trading 2 bench players for Ray Rice! I'd jump on that, especially to get Chris "I got paid and now I'll suck" Johnson out of the lineup. To me, you already offered 3 completely fair trades. He turned them down, and wants to gut your team. If I were you, I wouldn't want to trade both Megatron and Rice. Though if you did, maybe you can try subbing in Turner for Hillis in his offer. Otherwise, I'd just look elsewhere. Once the bye weeks are done, someone will have to be open to trading a QB (even if it isn't a blockbuster deal).
