Trying to strengthen either my RB or WR position this week since Calvin Johnson will be out.
Anything on my roster you think I can package together (other than Calvin)? Or do you think I look ok for a week? I really need a win this week to go above .500
QB- Manning (bench: Tebow)
RB- Gore, Murray (bench: Lynch, Carter)
WR- Brown, Manningham (bench: Calvin Johnson)
W/R- Holmes
TE- Hernandez (bench: Watson)
K- Cundiff
I was thinking of making a deal with this team considering he has Felix Jones and may want Murray. And he is 0-8.
QB- Rivers (bench: Bradford)
RB- Jacobs, Battle (bench: Felix Jones
WR- Fitzgerald, Marshall (bench: James Jones)
W/R- Cruz
TE- Graham (bench: Gonzalez)
K- Lindell
Maybe buy low on Fitz or Marshall?

I doubt offering Murray would get you Fitz. But Marshall might be possible, especially if he's panicked about Felix. I'd say Murray + a WR might get Fitz but that doesn't help your bye week issues. However, even though you feel like your team needs a win, you still want to do a move that improves your squad for the long-run (not just 1 week). An 0-8 team is the ideal target. I've found sometimes those guys haven't given up ... but they get a trade offer for one of their disappointing stars and they say "What the heck" and hit accept without thinking it through too much.
Help in return?

So one thing is that I can only hold 4 RBs and 4 WRs, so to get Marshall or Fitz, I will need to trade away another WR.
I'm thinking Holmes is my best option to trade. So maybe Murray/Holmes for Fitz?
Thanks!

I agree. If one believes in Murray and is done on Fitz, it could get accepted.
