Need to Make a Trade - Need Advice

I've got three solid RBs and I've been trying to upgrade at WR, any idea on what I could get for what I have. Below is my roster.

To add info about the league - 10 teams starters in bold We start 1 QB, 1 RB, 2 WR, 1 Flex 1 TE, etc.

QB - Vick, Flacco
RB - Forte, Fred Jackson, LeSean McCoy, Moreno
WR - Desean Jackson, Boldin, Holmes, Meachem
TE - D. Keller
Def - Houston
K - Grostkowski

How many teams in this league? Your team seems stacked. It looks like your in a shallow league, although that would make the presence of Meachem on your roster very odd. I would ride that three headed beast at RB, try to trade flacco and either boldin or holmes for an elite guy.

I updated the first post to reflect the roster a little more and how many teams are in the league. Since I can only start 2 RBs I feel like I'm wasting a roster spot that I could fill with an elite WR.

I think you could trade any of your RB's IMO.
They're all consistent. And McCoy just came off an incredible week.
Just to put it in perspective though...
Overall
McCoy is the number 2 RB of the season so far
Fred Jackson number 3
Forte number 4

I'd keep McCoy definitely and trade away either Forte or Jackson.
Either way you should get an elite WR regardless of who you decide

I've been trying to trade one of them straight up for Megatron... Guy keeps declining it and offering me back Bowe for one of them. So frustrating...

He might feel you're aiming too high. Especially since Megatron IS the number 1 WR of the season..

I wouldn't settle for Bowe.
Try finding someone else in the league to trade with if that's all he'll offer.
Try getting Steve Smith, Wallace or even Greg Jennings.Those guys are all top 5 WR's.
and I wouldn't expect anything less in straight up trade for FJAX or Forte IMO.
