This is a TD heavy league. I like all but leaning Murray VS Seattle, because Tolbert is coming off injury and vs a tough Pack D, and no consistency for Sporoles.

QB Romo & Cutler; RB: R Grant, R Mathews, F Jones, F Jackson. M Tolbert. & C Williams; WR/TE used as same: G Jennings, A Gates, M Austin, S Holmes, D Keller; Kicker: M Crosby. TD League-bonus-100 yds rushing, receiving, & 300 yard passing.
i'd probably go tolbert, he's 6th in the nfl in receptions for a running back which is impressive given his limit playing time and GB has weak pass defense plus he'll be the only healthy RB this week.

seattle ranks 4th in amount of points to opposing RB's(which means they have been able to stop the run pretty well). green bay ranks 14th in amount of points to opposing RB's (which means they are just mediocre against the run). i'm starting tolbert over murray due to the defensive matchup, plus tolbert is one of SD's top receivers. i think tolbert is the better play, murray still needs to prove himself, and i think dallas will be throwing alot, not running.
Tolbert catches passes and scores touchdowns. You said your league is TD heavy scoring (as is one of mine). Murray only has a 6.8 ypc avg. because of one game. Eliminate that one and his ypc avg. is more like 2.5! Dallas is going to pass v. SEA. Bad for Murray. SD is going to pass against GB. Good for Tolbert.
If you only consider the games Murray has gotten 8 or more carries is ypc is pretty good. I think Murray's the better overall play but in a td heavy league I actually think Tolbert gets you more points this week.
