Flex help & Def, Need a win this week

PPR league. TE get 1 pt per rec, .75 WR and .5 RB.

Starters:
Vick, MBush,DeMarco Murray, DBowe, Roddy White, Gates, Witten, Kasay, Ravens Def
Bench:
Tebow, SBradford,DMcFadden, Chris Johnson, BTate, Torain, Garcon, Chiefs D

Do i start Gates or Garcon or Chris Johnson at Flex. And the Ravens D are a must start every week but this week @pitt. I picked up KCm should i go with them?
I made some trades this yr to teams out of it in this keeper league and i think i have an awesome team to win it all. Im 5-3 now and need to keep the wins going.

I'd play Gates. Even with his foot injury I think he's more reliable than Garcon and I don't want any part of CJ0K right now. I would never sit the Ravens' defense against any team.

I know this sounds stupid but that 1pt per reception for Gates as opposed to the .75 for Garcon could mean the difference. I'm starting Gates if were you.
