TE Q&A: Gonzalez, Celek, ect. non-PPR

Greetings all.

I hadn't planned to do much with Tony Gonzalez this week, because I had bigger problems with Hakeem Nicks.

However, I may have the problem under wraps for the time being, so now I have a chance to consider my other issue regarding who to start at TE. There are several waiver wire options, including Celek. I own Gonzalez, would drop an expendable bench if necessary to acquire whomever.

Tony Gonzalez vs. Indianapolis w/ Roddy White, Turner, and Jones all wanting their share
Brent Celek vs. Bears w/ McCoy, Maclin, and company wanting their share.

Is one a definite better choice than the other? Or does it not matter, and I should just stick with Gonzo.
