Defense Help, Buffalo v NYJ or Dallas v SEA... WHIR

I can't decide whether to play Buffalo D vs NYJ, or Dallas D vs SEA. Buffalo has helped me out in the last few weeks but I like the Cowboy's matchup.

Dallas defense is due for a nice game, and they look setup for one against Seattle, I would start Dallas.
