Rice for sure. The other comes down to Murray and Tolbert. I would go with Murray. I think Tolbert is being rushed back into action this week after missing a game with a hammy & hand issue because the Chargers lost Matthews and Brinkley last week. Im doubting Tolbert is healthy enough to take on the full load this week.

I would go with Rice, you can't bench him. He is a stud.

As for your 2nd choice I would go with Murray. Even though he didn't have a great fantasy game last week he only had 8 carries. and he got 74 yards. That is a pretty good yards per carry average and he should get a ton more carries against the seahawks
