Should I bench CJ.5K? Help with flex ** WHIR **

QB: Schaub, Freeman
RB: Fred Jackson, CJ, S Green, D Sproles
WR: Fitzgerald, AJ Green, Brandon Lloyd, AJ, Garcon
TE: Witten
K: Cundiff
D: Cin, CHI

Was looking at starting Schaub, Jackson, Green, Fitz, AJ Green, Lloyd, Witten, and CIN.

Is it right for me to bench CJ? If not who should I bench in his stead (Shonne Green or Lloyd)?

Haven't really been following CJ much this year but from what I've heard he hasn't been very productive. I don't understand the love-affair people have with S Green. As far as I am concerned I would play him only if I had to. With your line up I think I'd go with Sproles. He doesn't get many touches but he has usually been very productive with the touches he does get.

I think Lloyd and Greene arfe both better options than CJ at this point.

At this point, I'd value Green and CJ about the same. I would bench both and put Sproles in there, then start 3 WR: Fitz, AJ Green, Lloyd. Sproles has been well even in standard scoring. He may not find the endzone, but his combination of rushing and receiving yards makes him a Ray Rice-lite minus the TDs. Sproles is good for 8-10 points most weeks, perfect for a #2/flex kind of play.
