I think Lloyd will be more consistent week in and week out in the points department, but DeSean Jackson always has the potential to go off for 20+ points. I don't think Lloyd has that kind of potential, so you have to start the type of player you're willing to start. If you like the consistency of 6-12 points, start Lloyd. If you're willing to put up with the hit/miss of DeSean Jackson (who may put up 3 points, or could put up 20), then start DeSean Jackson. For me personally, I'd take the safe play and start Lloyd.
Oh, and with Fred Davis banged up, it's a no brainer: start Gronkowski.
