If it's a ppr I would go Decker, if it's not, go with Baldwin. He is a deep threat that can be hit deep.

I like Decker either way... He's the only solid/healthy WR on Denver's roster and Tebow will find him 7-10 times today.

Tebow is really bad, start Baldwin.
