Phill Rivers or Tim Tebow?

Phillip Rivers vs. Oakland on Thursday night. Projected at 16.75 pts, coming off a 385 yrd 4 TD and 3 INT game. OR
Tim Tebow @ KC, projected 13.2. Coming off a 125 yrd 2 TD, with also 117 yards rushing.

Am I crazy for even thinking about starting Tebow here? I also like to have the games later in the week, but what is the better play here?

Yeah, Rivers is the safer play. Sure he's been struggling lately, but he's has the potential to put up 4 TD's. I want to see Tebow perform more consistently. Once the defenses figure out how to stop Tebow from running, he'll struggle mightily. Rivers for sure.

I'm in a similar situation, but I don't know who to start out of rivers and roethlisberger. Ben is against a tough cincy D, but it is a division game & pitt may be pissed after losing to the ravens. So any help with my guy?

As for your situation, I'd go with rivers. Tebow is just not consistant enough and rivers is almost a guarantee to put up decent points.

Dude go tim tebow dude is a garbage QB but u cant denie he puts of fantasy points.... His run game is what gets him his points.
