Standard scoring, non-PPR:

Julio Jones vs. NO
Helu @ MIA

Miami's run defense is actually pretty good, and Jones has been on fire when he's healthy, so I'm strongly leaning towards him, but wanted to see what people think. My flex allows TEs, so I could also go with Olsen vs. TEN or Celek vs. ARI (already starting Pettigrew at my TE spot).

Leave a link and I'll help you out. Thanks.

Who are your WRs if you are considering flexing Julio? I don't think you can sit Helu, especially if this is a PPR league. Beck is terrible and is content to check down to his backs. Helu is gonna run away with the RB touches in that offense and has big potential to put up good fantasy numbers with Torain essentially a non-factor now and Hightower done for the year. I wouldn't start 2 TEs unless they were Graham and Finley. You're almost guaranteed to get more points by putting a RB in there, especially if PPR.

My WRs are Bowe and Marshall. Both have been inconsistent, but are clear #1 options on their teams, and Marshall had a big game last week (though so did Julio, haha).

Do you think Helu would be a better option that one of these 2?

The more I think about this, the more torn I am. It seems tough to sit a RB who should be able to get around 100 total yds from running and receiving, but I'm skeptical of Shanahan. This is not a PPR league, btw.

Jones, simply because I HATE Shanahan. You have no idea how he'll use his RB's from one game to the next.

Helu is not on a team that will score a lot. He had a good week last week but that's it, and Shannahan will probably not play him a lot thinking that's what everyone expects. After Julio's last week I think you need to go with him.

Thanks for your help
