I'm really not confident in Blount right now, and Morris seems to be doing well in detroit, at least points-wise. Who is the better start this week? Or I also have Battle, but he seems to be declining rapidly.

I'd go with Blount. I just don't like the matchup with Chicago's defense.

I don't think Battle is declining. I just think that didn't use him right last week. Plus, KC was playing from behind all game. I actually think he has a decent matchup this week. That being said, I would still lean towards Blount even though he goes up against a tough Texans defense. I think he should get at least 15 carries and do some damage on the ground. However, he is a risk if the Bucs fall behind b/c they do not use him on passing plays. I'm not sold on Morris even though Chicago is ranked 17th against RBs. So, go with Blount and hope that Tampa plays with a lead or that the game is close.
