Which defense do I start? WHIR 100%!!

Hey guys one of my biggest question marks going into this week has been which defense to start... i got good production from dallas this week but not real confident in dallas against buffalo since buffalo can run and score alot of points!

Here are the defenses on my team:

DALLAS COWBOYS vs buffalo

NEW YORK GIANTS vs san fran

WASHINGTON REDSKINS vs miami

CHICAGO BEARS vs detroit

Please help me, which one should i pick and why!? THANKS! WHIR!

I wouldn't want any of these lol. I guess either Washington or NY. Only cause SF and MIA might not put up many points.
