I have Larry Fitzgerald against @ Philadelphia, Josh Cribbs Vs. Rams and Jackie Battle Vs. Denver. I know Cribbs and Battle have the better matchups, especially with Skeleton throwing to Fitz, but should I really bench Fitzgerald for these 2 guys? Fitz did have a TD last week, something he hasn't had in weeks. And apparently Cribbs is supposed to get more involved in the offense with Cleveland's running back and receiver issues. Whatcha think guys? THANKS!
Sadly, Fitz's chances for success seem to be at an all-time low this week. Nnamdi plus an erratic passer like Skelton under center. I think you can safely shelve Fitz without worry.
I think I'd sit Battle here. I wouldn't be surprised if the Cards are down early and end up throwing for 3 quarters trying to catch up which means lots of targets for Fitz. Even with Skelton behind center and Nnamdi covering him, Fitz is a talented enough receiver to be able to snag a few balls and put up some decent numbers.
You guys are stupid, or drunk, one or the either, or both.
You are sitting Cribbs. The odds of him having a repeat or good game even are not that high. Battle is getting touches, and Fitz will have no choice but to be targeted and catch some ball. If you bench Fitz, you will regret it crazymike.
